     On 03/07/08 at approximately 3pm, MSP Golden Ring Barrack received a telephone call from Spring Grove Mental Hospital Police Department, regarding a missing person. According to Spring Grove staff, Mr. Price was discovered to be missing at approximately 12pm on this date.
